It was during my practice in financial planning that I realised the human is far more complex than the computer. We have a multitude of expectations, goals, constraints and suffering. Managing client behavior usually stresses me because they can become greedy, fearful and irrational in making financial decisions and managing their financial affairs. In fact, I found science and technology give us a lot of convenience and help us complete our work… but it cannot truly understand and handle our behaviors.
